Founded in 2002, Yongchao Plastic Mold Tech Co., Ltd. is located in Changan Town, a renowned center for mold manufacturing in China. Over the past two decades, our company has grown significantly, achieving substantial scale and influence within the industry.
We specialize in providing precision and complex interior and exterior manufacturing services for thermoset and thermoplastic materials, as well as die-casting. Our expertise spans across various sectors, including automotive, electrical, household appliances, and industrial applications. With an annual mold manufacturing capacity of approximately 300 to 350 sets, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner for diverse industries.

Delivering Quality Custom Parts & Molds

Our strength lies particularly in thermoset mold and molding technologies, such as BMC, SMC, and PF tooling and PC molding. We are recognized as a leader in the thermoset field, excelling in injection, compression, injection-compression, and transfer-injection processes.
Driven by a culture of continuous improvement, our dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality molds, precision parts, timely delivery, and superior after-sales service to our customers.
Since 2014, we have entered a phase of rapid development. That year, we obtained the GB/T 19001-2008 quality system certification. Subsequently, we also passed the SIRA GB/T 24001-2004 quality system certification, further enhancing our quality management capabilities.
In August 2017, we expanded our equipment capabilities by purchasing advanced machines, including SODICK AD30L mirror EDM, SODICK AQ360L wire cutting machines, high-speed CNC machines, and several new injection machines. This marked the beginning of our ongoing equipment upgrade initiative, positioning us for sustained growth.
As our company has grown, we have expanded our operations to include factories in Dongguan, Jiangmen, and Sichuan, as well as an office in Hong Kong. Our guiding principle remains the continuous development and production of the highest quality molds and products.
